Russian Helicopters has signed a contract with the Russian Emergencies Ministry to supply 9 Mi-38PS helicopters in arctic version. Deliveries are expected to begin in 2023 and be completed by end-2024. The search and rescue Mi-38PS has the capacity to fly with two crew and three rescuers a total distance of 1,500 kilometers.
